For the personal initiative of the newly enthroned Charles III. The Hungarian Business Leaders Forum was established in 1992 as part of the Hungarian organisation of The Prince of Wales International Business Leaders Forum.
The organisation had 13 members, including Péter Zwack, Dr. Péter Vadász, Gábor Rényi and Gábor Várszegi - and Ilona Zsidai.
Prince Charles, Prince of Wales, was in Budapest for almost a week during the founding and attended meetings in person - and to make the 13 members look good in the photos, Ilona was always seated next to Charles.
Charles gave Ilona one very important piece of advice, which she took and has applied ever since: to choose people who can be held accountable and let them show what they have within them and what they can do.
A few years later, Prince Charles returned to Budapest, where a large reception was held in his honour, attended by members of the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum.
To Ilona's surprise, he remembered her and asked how her business was doing.
By the way, Prince Charles's personal secretary spent a lot of time in Budapest in the 1990s, he and Charles were both very keen to see the fate of the restaurant. He had dinner at Pierrot every time...
